Dafna Fabian

Dafna Fabian is a leading Strategist, owner of Nahla, and well-respected government relations and lobbying expert in Israel. Dafna has executive experience built over two decades.
Over the past 20 years, she has advised dozens of Israeli and multinational corporations operating in Israel, and has been involved with the most significant reforms in the Israeli market.
Dafna has unique perspective and vast experience in designing creative solutions for unique and complex situations, within various sectors of the Israeli economy,
Previously Dafna served in a range of positions in the Knesset and the Israeli Government, from advisor to the minister of Industry and Trade and advisor to the chairman of the economy committee of the Knesset. Dafna received her MBA with honors from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is also a graduate of the Biology and life science faculty at the Hebrew University (B.Sc).
Idit Shabtay-Sidis
Deputy C.E.O
Idit brings with her a deep understanding of the public sector, with an emphasis on the work of the legislative authority, with a comprehensive understanding of all matters related to decision-making processes in the Knesset and the government. Idit is a leading expert in various sectors including education and higher education, tourism, finance, industry, pharmaceuticals, the third sector and more.
For the past 20-plus years Idit has worked at the epicenter of the government relations arena, serving in various roles in the legislative authority, including as Chief of Staff, Parliamentary Advisor, and Communications Advisor to different Knesset members. In 2010, Idit joined the leading government relations company in Israel, where she served until 2021. In her role, she managed the Knesset arena for dozens of the company clients with relevant decision-makers and relevant duties.
Idit has a bachelor's degree in political science and supplementary studies, as well as a MA in political science with a specialization in political communication from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Additionally, she received training in mediation and political empowerment from the Center for Mediation ADR.
Alex Kanovsky
Chief Key Accounts Officer
Alex brings extensive experience in regulatory work, strategic consulting, and communications. Over the past years, she has provided regulatory consulting and government relations services to both local and international companies and organizations across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, industry, construction, and technology. This experience spans the public and private sectors.
Previously, Alex held key positions such as spokesperson and director of the public relations and communications department at the Manufacturers' Association in Israel. She also served as CEO of the National Student Union and worked as a political advisor to the Minister of Agriculture. In addition, Alex has managed municipal campaigns and served as a communications consultant to organizations in the hi-tech, education, and culture sectors.
Alex graduated with honors, earning a bachelor's degree in communication and political science.
Alisa Abramovich
Research and Information Department Manager
Alisa brings both academic and professional experience in managing government relations projects. Previously, she served as the Head of Information and Research at one of Israel's largest government relations companies, gaining valuable insights into strategic communication and project management. Before that, she held the position of Customer Relations Director at the Finance Desk at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Additionally, she specialized in the Foreign Trade and International Relations division of the Manufacturers' Association.
Alisa received an MA in European Studies and a BA in Hispanic and Latin American Studies from the Hebrew University.
